teeth

2day i get shocked when i receive my fren (who in taiwan study nw) news that she go c dentist 2 took her wisdom teeth off!!! haha....owez love cleanliness of her suddenly told me that her tooth pain....i stil rmbr that when i go and meet my long long time dentist who served me abt 10yrs ago.....i go thr bcz of my gums having sum prob.....he told me that i've such a long time din visit him....i was like stunned awhile that he stil rmbr me!!! wat the hack is that guy in her mind!!!! haha.....then he said that my gum bleeding is bcz that i was 2 "clean" 2 care of it....that y it bleeding.....i wondered wat he mean....then i get his point that ppl cant jz keep too clean on his/her teeth....it will make ur teeth more worst.....clean in moderate is enuf.....for those ppl who use tooth floss is gud but for those din use oso nvr mind as long as u rmbr 2 brush ur teeth b4 sleep and drink more water and less sugar...haha...that will keep it healthy with proper brush teeth ways...
